What we collect

Why we collect it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess a potential project, prepare a scope and keep necessary business records. We do not add enquiry contacts to marketing lists without clear consent.
Who receives it
Information is shared only with service providers needed to run the website, send email and manage agreed work. Those providers may process data in other countries under their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell personal information.
Videos and external platforms
Video previews are stored with this website. A YouTube player is loaded only when you choose to play a video. At that point YouTube receives technical information such as your IP address and may use cookies or similar storage under its own privacy policy. Links to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube open those platforms, which handle your visit under their own terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a project, meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Information that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified where practical.
Access and correction
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. Australian privacy law may provide further rights depending on the circumstances.
